FAQs

  • There really is no way to know how many sessions will be needed as each individual responds differently to treatment. Some individuals will respond immediately and need fewer sessions, some will need more sessions for a longer period of time.

  • No. We do not work directly with any insurance. We will provide itemized receipts for patients who first check with their insurance about reimbursement.

We accept cash, credit card, FSA and HSA forms of payment.

  • All treatments are done fully clothed. However we do recommend wearing loose fitting or clothes you can comfortably move in. We don’t advise wearing tight/restrictive jeans, dresses or skirts as it can limit fascial release for the legs and hips.

  • We do not over book our schedule to cover for patients cancelling at the last minute or not showing up. We reserve your appointment time for you specifically. If you cancel on short notice, don’t show up, or show up very late – that is time lost where we could have served another patient. We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, but our desire is to respect all patients and maintain a viable practice.
